Mentor
We have adopted a "mentor down" methodology where our program establishing mentor groups by age and each group are assigned mentees as the group directly below as young as the 6th grade.

We believe teaching our young men the power of not only being a mentee but also a mentor will provide them with a solid foundation for self worth and future success.

We are firm believers in the old saying "it takes a village." Whether it's help preparing or providing nourishment, setup and breakdown for events, greeting and welcoming our community of young men, or simply being an advocate and supporter. We need and appreciate all the help we are offered to foster our initiatives.
